If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order then simply return the items within 14 days with a brief note explaining your complaint and we will give you with a full refund. We will only offer a refund on complete items returned in their original condition. Please find our pre-printed returns address with your order.

For your protection: return by registered mail only, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. The Dead Sea Gift Shop will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Products must be returned within 14 days after dispatch. After this, it is at our discretion.

Customs and duty - Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
